I require a minimum of 2-3 days lead time on any order.
$5 LOCAL PICKUP
I will be offering $5 local pickup from my winnipeg location.
Pick up days are Mondays OR Fridays only / 10am - 8pm ( no exceptions )
I will send you an email to coordinate your pick up day once your order is ready.
Please pick up your order within 2 weeks - I do not have room to store your items for long periods of time. If these days / hours do not work for you please consider shipping your items. Please respect my time and space - as a small one person business I do not have time to send multiple emails reminding customers to pick up their goods TYSM!
DELIVERY
I can offer $12 local delivery - please note this applies to residences within the city limits - if you live in east or west st Paul or Hedingly etc its a bit too far
Also apartments are tricky …. more often then not it’s hard to access your spaces without buzz codes or its hard to catch you at home - so please consider picking it up instead - TYSM!!!

Presently Meg Does Pottery is available to ship across Canada and the United States, parts of Europe and Australia. If you live in a different region and would like to request a quote please send me an email
Please note that there are different shipping options for different items.
Example: if you are ordering jewelry/accessories, choose that option.. if you are ordering plates, please choose the PLATE option. All other items choose the general shipping option. If you choose a different option then I will cancel the order and ask you to reorder - I can’t adjust the pricing for shipping on my end. I apologize for any inconvenience :)
Please ensure that your email/shipping info is correct. If there is an error on your end, you will be responsible for any new shipping fees
I go to the post office 2-3 times a week. Those orders will include tracking. When choosing the shipping please click on the option that is recommended for each listing. (i.e. if you have purchased plates please use the plate option - if you choose the incorrect option I will have to refund your order and ask that you resubmit as shipping costs cannot be adjusted ) Thank you!

PREORDERS ARE NONREFUNDABLE/ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Please read each listing carefully… some items on the site are ready to ship/ be delivered and some are #preorder ( and some are both ) - it will say on the listing. If your order has both ready to ship AND preorder items, it will be shipped when all items are completed. Please be advised before purchasing, preorders take 3-4 weeks - plan ahead if this is a purchase that is time sensitive.
All sales are final. This applies to online and pop up market sales.
